The ShireTones are a West Coast band from Scotland who describe themselves as eclectic Americana. Their influences are music from the 50's, 60's, and 70's.

The songwriter and founder of The ShireTones, Bazz, is a crossover musician who brings fresh ideas to a well known genre.

​

With a subtle blend of Country, Americana and Easy Listening, The ShireTones have a chameleon like ability to engage with a wide range of listeners, drawing the audience into a web of traditional, classic and fresh new sounds that will have them enthralled from start to finish.

Recent career highlights include the Vertex Festival, where The ShireTones were handpicked to support 3HatTrio from Utah, USA who were on their European Tour, they played to a sell out crowd.

​

The ShireTones took part in a sell out performance at Perthshire Amber Festival which was created by singer song writer and philanthropist, Dougie Maclean who wrote the classic song "Caledonia".
